  • I just bought a new car. Is it insured?

    The Allianz Personal Auto Policy provides automatic coverage for new car purchases. If your current policy includes collision insurance, you have two weeks to call us or your agent to add your new car to the policy.  If your current policy doesn't include collision coverage, you have four days to make the call.

    We maintain a network of quality-screened repair shops. When you use a recommended shop from our network, your repairs are guaranteed for as long as you own the car.

    Of course, you can also choose to use your own repair shop.

    If your car is damaged in an accident, the Allianz Personal Auto Policy reimburses you for car rental expenses - up to $600 at $20 per day for a covered loss. You have the option to purchase higher limits.

    You can report a claim online 24 hours a day, seven days a week with our easy-to-use Online Claims Reporting tool.  Or if you prefer to report your claim by phone, you can call 1.888.347.3428.

    Our Claims & Risk Services professionals are available to assist you immediately should you have a claim, and to get you back in your car as soon as possible. You can rest assured, we will stand with you before, during and after a loss.
